4 John Soules Foods Italian Style Chicken Breast Fillets, thawed

4 Ciabiatta Rolls, split

8 ea. Slices of Tomato

4 ea. Pieces of Lettuce

¼ C. Mayonnaise

3 T. Pesto


Preheat an oven to 400°F. On a baking sheet, cover the John Soules Foods Italian Style Chicken Breast Fillets and heat for 20 to 25 minutes or until 165°F.

In a small mixing bowl combine the mayonnaise and pesto, mix well.

To assemble the sandwich, spread the pesto-mayo on each side of the split Ciabiatta rolls. On the bottom portion of the Ciabiatta roll, place a piece of the lettuce and two slices of tomato on the roll, and the John Soules Italian Style Chicken Breast Fillets, then place the top portion of the roll on. Serve with your favorite chips.
