Ingredients
| 1 lb | John Soules Foods Certified Angus Beef® Beef Steak, thawed |
| 2 tbsp | Vegetable Oil |
| 1 | Small Onion, cut into strip |
| 2 cups | Broccoli Florets |
| ½ cup | Carrots, cut into small strips |
| 1 cup | Red Bell Pepper, cut into small strips |
| 1 cup | Yellow Bell Pepper, cut into small strips |
| 1 cup | Snow Peas |
| 1 clove | Garlic, minced |
| ½ cup | Prepared Stir-fry Sauce |
| 4 cups | Cooked White Rice |
Directions
Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add the onion, peppers and garlic, cook 3 to 4 minutes. Add the John Soules Foods Certified Angus Beef® Beef Steak, broccoli florets and snow peas. Cook an additional 2 minutes, add the stir fry sauce and cook an additional 2 minutes. Spoon over rice and serve. Serves 4.
