Ingredients
| 1 lb | John Soules Foods Certified Angus Beef® Carne Asada, thawed |
| 3 tbsp | Olive Oil |
| 1 | Small Onion, chopped |
| 1½ cup | Tomato, chopped |
| 1½ cup | Green Bell Pepper, chopped |
| 1 tbsp | Garlic, minced |
| 1 tbsp | Cumin |
| ¼ tsp | Cayenne Pepper |
| ½ tbsp | Salt |
| ½ tbsp | Black Pepper |
| ½ | Lime, juiced |
| 3 tbsp | Cilantro, chopped |
Directions
Spanish Rice mix, cooked to their directions. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil. Add the onion, bell pepper, and garlic. Cook until soft, add the tomato and cook an additional 2 minutes. Add the John Soules Foods Certified Angus Beef® Carne Asada, cumin, cayenne, salt and black pepper, cook an additional 3 minutes. Add the Lime juice and Cilantro, stir together well and serve over your favorite Spanish Rice.
