Chicken, Spinach and Mushroom Stuffed Shells

Chicken, spinach and mushroom stuffed shells have something everyone can enjoy. These shells can stand out on your dinner table with delectable protein and gooey texture. You can pair this dish with a small side salad or enjoy it alone.

You can serve eight people by creating this recipe with:

  • Rotisserie or grilled chicken
  • 1 package of large pasta shells
  • 15 ounces of ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup of fresh or frozen spinach
  • 1 cup of sliced mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoons of parsley
  • 26 ounces of marinara sauce
  • 1/4 cup of parmesan
  • 1 1/2 cups of mozzarella

You will need a baking pan for this recipe, and you should preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit before cooking.

Begin by combining all cheeses, mushrooms and spinach in a big bowl. Once it’s well combined, you add the mixture to each cooked shell. Spread some of your sauce evenly into your baking dish and place the shells with the cheese facing you. Top the dish with the rest of the marinara and place your fully cooked chicken on top.

You’ll need to cover this dish with foil and bake for about 15 minutes. Once your timer goes off, take it out and sprinkle a tad of cheese and parsley for garnish. Place it back in the oven for five minutes so the cheese can melt and serve.

Creamy Ranch Chicken Alfredo

Chicken Alfredo can be challenging to duplicate in the kitchen, but capturing the cheesy texture and flavorful bites can be simple. Try to twist on the classic dish and serve a delicious meal to your family.

You’ll need:

  • 16 ounces of blackened or grilled chicken
  • 8 ounces of fettuccine noodles
  • 1 jar of Alfredo sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups of halved cherry tomatoes
  • 2 cups of frozen or fresh spinach
  • 2 tablespoons of ranch seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons of basil
  • 1/2 cup of parmesan cheese

Begin by cooking your noodles and bringing your sauce to a boil in separate pots. Once your sauce is warm, add the ranch seasoning and cooked blackened chicken, mixing well. After this mix is hot, add your tomatoes and spinach.

Once the pasta is cooked, drain and return to the pot. Add the sauce to your pasta and stir until you have an even coat on each noodle. Garnish with basil and serve with parmesan cheese.

Lemon Chicken Pesto Pasta

Lemon Chicken Pesto Pasta Recipe

Try this lemon chicken pesto pasta for quick cooking, resulting in an unforgettable meal for eight people. You cook this dish in less than 20 minutes and treat yourself to a heartwarming bowl of flavors.

Grab these ingredients:

  • 16 ounces of grilled chicken strips
  • 16 ounces of spaghetti
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 tablespoons of walnuts
  • 2 tablespoons of pine nuts
  • 1 cup of olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons of minced garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon of pepper and salt
  • 2 1/2 cups of packed basil
  • 1/2 cup of grated parmesan

Begin by lightly roasting the nuts at 350 degrees for under 10 minutes. Once roasted, blend them in a food processor with the garlic for about 15 seconds. Add salt, pepper and basil to the processor and, as it continues to run, slowly pour 3/4 cup of olive oil inside until you get the right consistency. Sprinkle in the parmesan and purée the mixture for about one minute.

Heat the remaining olive oil in a large pan on the stove and warm your cooked grilled chicken for about five minutes. Add lemon juice and allow the chicken to simmer. Then, pour in the pesto. Add your noodles to the sauce and cook on low for a few minutes. Top it all off with parmesan.

Buffalo Chicken and Ranch Pasta Bake

If you enjoy spicy foods, you can combine some of the heat of buffalo sauce into your pasta for a meal that warms your stomach and mouth. Try this buffalo chicken ranch pasta bake for a delicious flavor combo.

To serve eight people, you’ll need:

  • 12 ounces of buffalo chicken tenders
  • 12 ounces of penne pasta
  • 24 ounces of tomato sauce
  • 6 cooked and chopped bacon strips
  • 3 cups of mozzarella
  • Hot sauce to taste
  • 2 tablespoons of parsley
  • 1/2 cup of ranch dressing

Set your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and grease a baking dish. Grab a large bowl and add cooked pasta, bacon, tomato sauce, buffalo chicken, 2 cups of cheese and 1/4 cup of dressing. After combining well, spoon the mixture into the dish. Top it with the rest of your cheese and bake for about 20 minutes or until the cheese is bubbling. Garnish with a drizzle of ranch and buffalo sauce and parsley.

Cheesy Bruschetta Chicken and Spaghetti

Turn your go-to spaghetti into a new exciting meal with some extra ingredients. This cheesy bruschetta chicken and spaghetti calls for fresh produce that livens your plate. Gather these ingredients to feed your family of four:

  • 4 chicken cutlets
  • 1 pound of cooked and drained spaghetti
