Why do so many people keep a bag or two of fully cooked grilled chicken breast strips in their refrigerator or freezer? Here are a few reasons why:
One of the biggest advantages of these grilled chicken breast strips is that they come already cooked. After you refrigerate or thaw them from frozen, you can eat them cold if you like. However, many people enjoy heating them up.
You have several options when warming up our grilled chicken strips. First, you can add them to a non-stick skillet and cook them for about 4-6 minutes over medium heat. Be sure to turn them repeatedly with a spatula to ensure even cooking.
Our healthy, pre-cooked grilled chicken strips can also be warmed up in a conventional or toaster oven. Set the oven to 375°F and line up your chicken strips on a baking sheet. After about 7-10 minutes, test them for doneness by making sure they’re your preferred temperature.
Need your cooked chicken even faster? Place 3-6 ounces of thawed chicken strips on a microwave-safe plate and cover them with a paper towel. Heat them on high for up to one minute.
