Instructions

Conventional Oven (Preferred Method)
FROM FROZEN – PRODUCT IS ALREADY FULLY COOKED – Do not overheat – Heat to 165°F internal temperature.
1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. Lightly coat a flat baking sheet with cooking spray. Place Chicken Tenders in a single layer on the baking sheet.
3. Heat for 6 minutes. Remove from oven and turn product over. Heat for an additional 6 to 8 minutes.
Air Fryer
1. Set air fryer to 360°F.
2. Place Chicken Tenders in a single layer in the basket or on the tray.
3. Heat for 3 minutes. Remove from air fryer and turn product over. Heat for an additional 3 to 5 minutes.
Microwave (Heating times may vary as microwaves vary in intensity.)
1. Place 4 Chicken Tenders in a single layer on a microwave safe dish. Do not cover.
2. Heat on HIGH for 1 minute. Remove from microwave and turn product over. Heat on HIGH for an additional 30 seconds to 1 minute.
3. Let stand for 1 minute before serving.
