WHITE MEAT CHICKEN, WATER, CONTAINS LESS THAN 2% OF: CITRUS EXTRACT, DEXTROSE, GARLIC POWDER, ONION POWDER, POTATO STARCH, SALT, SPICES, VINEGAR, AND YEAST EXTRACT. GLUTEN FREE.
Heat to 165°F internal temperature. Do not overheat. Product is already fully cooked chicken.
Sizzle in Skillet: 3-5 Minutes
(Recommended Method)
Place Diced Chicken into skillet over MEDIUM HIGH heat. (Spraying skillet with a non-stick cooking spray is optional.) Cook for 3 to 5 minutes, turning several times.
Conventional Oven: 5-7 Minutes
Preheat oven to 375°F. Place Diced Chicken into one layer on a flat baking sheet. Bake for 5 to 7 minutes.
Air Fryer: 5-6 Minutes
Set air fryer to 390°F. Place Diced Chicken into one layer in the basket or tray. Heat for 3 minutes. Remove from air fryer and turn product over. Heat for an additional 2-3 minutes.
Microwave: 45 Seconds – 3 Minutes
Place Diced Chicken in a single layer on a microwave safe dish and cover. For 3 ounces, microwave on HIGH for 45 seconds to 1 minute. For the entire package, microwave on HIGH for 2 to 3 minutes. Cook times may vary as microwaves vary in intensity.
