Heat to 165°F internal temperature. Do not overheat.

Conventional Oven (Recommended): 19-21 Minutes 
Preheat oven to 325°F. Lightly coat a flat baking sheet with cooking spray. Place Chicken Strips in a single layer on the baking sheet. Heat for 7 minutes. Remove from oven and turn product over. Heat for an additional 12 to 14 minutes. 

Air Fryer (Recommended): 10-11 Minutes 
Set air fryer to 370°F. Place Chicken Strips in a single layer in the basket or on the tray. Heat for 6 minutes. Remove from air fryer and turn product over. Heat for an additional 4 to 5 minutes.  

Microwave:1 ½-2 ½ Minutes 
Place 1 Chicken Strip on a microwave safe dish. Do not cover. Heat on HIGH for 1 minute. Remove from microwave and turn product over. Heat on HIGH for an additional 30 seconds. Let stand for 1 minute before serving.

CAUTION: Product will be hot. Heating times may vary as microwaves vary in intensity.
