- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- In a large skillet over medium high heat cook the onions and bell peppers in the vegetable oil, until caramelized.
- Add the thawed John Soules Foods Beef Steak and cook an additional 3 minutes, stirring the vegetables and beef together.
- Spoon the vegetable and beef mixture in equal amounts on the hoagie rolls, top each with 2 pieces of Provolone cheese and place into the oven until cheese is melted, about 3 minutes.
- Remove from oven and place sandwich on a plate or serving tray and serve.
