Preparation:
- Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Pour in chicken broth, wine and lemon juice. Bring mixture to simmer. Cover and reduce heat to low and simmer until slightly reduced, about 2 to 3 minutes.
- Add chicken, capers and butter to skillet. Cook, spooning sauce over chicken, for an additional 3 to 4 minutes.
- Garnish with parsley and serve.
Tip: Serve over rice, pasta or crusty bread!
