Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Place chicken in an even layer on rimmed baking sheet. Bake for 4 to 6 minutes, or until heated through.
- Whisk together vinegar, oil, honey, mustard, salt and pepper in small bowl.
- Combine spinach and strawberries in large serving bowl. Drizzle dressing and toss gently to coat.
- Top with chicken strips. Garnish with walnuts and serve.
