  • 1-16oz Bag John Soules Foods Chicken Fajitas or 1-14oz Bag John Soules Foods
    Beef Fajitas
  • 8 oz Bag Tortilla Chips
  • 1 1⁄2 cups Black Beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 Can diced tomatoes, drained
  • 3 oz Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 3 oz Pepper Jack Cheese, shredded
  • 1 Jalapeno (optional)

Instructions

  1. Arrange chips on a microwave safe platter.
  2. Smash the black beans and smear the on the chips, scatter the John Soules Foods Chicken Breast Fajitas (or Beef Fajitas) over the chip, and add the two cheeses on top.
  3. Microwave on high for 3 to 4 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
  4. Top with diced tomatoes.
  5. Optional: Slice the Jalapeno and top of the nachos for an extra kick of heat if you desire.
