Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 325°F. Place chicken bites in an even layer on rimmed baking sheet. Bake for 7 minutes. Flip and bake for an additional 7 to 9 minutes, or until heated through.
- Place one chicken bite onto each mini waffle. Drizzle with maple syrup and garnish with chives.
- Skewer each bite together with toothpicks or cocktail picks and serve.
Tip: If you can’t find mini waffles, cut whole frozen waffles into quarters, or make your own
homemade waffles using your favorite waffle recipe!
