Seasoned Rotisserie Chicken
Oven Roasted Chicken
● 10 large eggs
● 1 red bell pepper, deseeded and chopped
● 1 green bell pepper, deseeded and chopped
● 8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
● 8 ounces John Soules Foods Seasoned Rotisserie Chicken, refrigerated or thawed, cubed
● 3 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley, plus more for garnish
● 1 tsp. salt
● 1/2 tsp. black pepper
Directions:
Tip: Substitute whole bell peppers with pre-packaged sliced bell peppers found in the produce
section of your local grocer.
Tip: Store egg bites in an airtight container in your refrigerator for up to 1 week, or freeze for up to 2 months!
