- Preheat oven to 375°F. Lightly coat a rimmed baking sheet with cooking spray. Place chicken in an even layer on prepared baking sheet. Bake for 6 minutes. Remove from oven and flip chicken over. Bake for an additional 6 to 8 minutes.
- Spread honey mustard over bottom halves and top halves of rolls. Top each bottom half with chicken, a few pickle chips and top half of roll. Serve and enjoy.
Tip: Serve this for a quick and easy breakfast, appetizer or dinner!
Tip: To make your own honey mustard, mix 1/3 cup yellow mustard, 1/4 cup honey, 1/4 cup mayonnaise and 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper in a small bowl until combined.
