- Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook steak 1 minute, then add in onions and peppers. Cook until veggies are tender, about 4 to 5 minutes, or until steak is heated through.
- In a small bowl, whisk soy sauce, water, sugar and cornstarch. Pour the sauce over the steak mixture and simmer 2 to 3 minutes, or until sauce thickens. Top with sesame seeds. Serve over rice.
Tip: Packaged chopped red onions and bell peppers can usually be found in the produce aisle of your local grocer.
