Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F. Place chicken in an even layer on rimmed baking sheet. Bake, flipping halfway through, until fully heated through, about 12 to 14 minutes.
Mix rice and cilantro together in large bowl until combined. Divide rice mixture among four bowls. Top with beans, avocado, sour cream, cheese and cooked chicken. Drizzle with avocado dressing and serve.
