Ingredients

  • 1/2 (24 ounce) Bag John Soules Foods Southern Style Chicken, frozen
  • 2 hearts romaine lettuce, roughly chopped 
  • 1/2 cup avocado dressing 
  • 1 (15.5 ounce) can black beans, drained and rinsed 
  • 1 1/2 cups tortilla strips 
  • 1 cup corn kernels, cooked
  • 1 cup shredded pepper jack cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Place chicken in an even layer on rimmed baking sheet. Bake, flipping halfway through, until fully heated through, about about 12 to 14 minutes. 
  2. Divide lettuce among four bowls. Drizzle avocado dressing over lettuce, to taste. Top with beans, tortilla strips, corn, cheese and cooked chicken. Serve and enjoy.
