Let’s Make It!

  1. Thaw chicken and dice into 1⁄4” cubes.
  2. Store in separate container.
  3. Measure rest of ingredients and store in separate containers.
  4. Pack all ingredients in lunch bag with ice pack.
  5. Assemble Tex-Mex Pizza:
  6. Open sandwich rounds and place cut side up.
  7. Smear 1 tbsp refried beans on each sandwich round half.
  8. Top with cheese, lettuce and diced chicken fajita.
  9. *Can drop a tsp of sour cream in center or use as a dip on the side.
